Create a brat style profile picture with custom text, initials, or background photo overlays sized for TikTok, Instagram, X, and Discord.
Circle overlay shows avatar mask outline for social app preview (excluded on PNG download)
A brat profile picture generator creates a square avatar in the style of Charli XCX's Brat album cover, sized correctly for the platform you plan to use it on. You can use text, initials, or your own photo as a background, then export a file ready to upload directly to TikTok, Instagram, X, or Discord.
For a text based logo instead of a profile picture, use Brat Logo Generator.
Every platform listed below displays profile pictures as a circle, even though you upload a square image, which matters more for a PFP than almost any other image type on this site.
TikTok. Minimum upload is 200 by 200 pixels, but 720 by 720 pixels is recommended for a sharp result on newer phone screens. TikTok shows your avatar as small as 32 pixels in comments, so a simple design with strong contrast reads better than fine detail.
Instagram. Minimum upload is 320 by 320 pixels.
X (formerly Twitter). Recommended size is 400 by 400 pixels.
Discord. Minimum upload is 128 by 128 pixels, with 512 by 512 pixels recommended for sharpness on high resolution displays. Discord crops the circular safe zone to roughly 80 percent of the square canvas, so keep your text or initials centered well inside the edges.
This tool includes presets for each of these sizes, so you export at the right resolution without needing to calculate it yourself.
Since every platform on this page displays your profile picture as a circle, anything placed near the corners of your square image gets cut off. This matters most for large initials or text that stretches close to the edge. Keep your main text, initials, or the focal point of a photo background centered within the circle, and leave the outer corners as background color or blank space rather than important content.
No account is required, and you can generate a separate version for each platform if you use more than one.
A single letter or short initials, set large and centered, stays legible even at the smallest sizes platforms display, like TikTok's 32 pixel comment thumbnail. A full name or longer phrase is harder to read at that scale and works better as a larger profile picture only, like on a desktop browser. Uploading your own photo as a background with text or a light color overlay gives a more personal result, but keep in mind that a busy photo can lose detail once cropped to a circle and shrunk down for small display sizes across the app.
